Mark your calendar for St. Peter’s annual Wednesday Advent meals and worship service. The potluck dinners will be at 6:00 p.m., followed by worship service at 7:00 p.m. Hosts for the meals are responsible for set up and clean up on their assigned night. Wednesday, December 1st Host: Board of Education. Wednesday, December 8th Host: Choir. Wednesday, December 15th Host: Church Council. Please sign up on the board in the Great Room to share your favorite potluck dish with the group.

Here is our schedule:
Sunday, December 5th: Shining Star Sunday and Rehearsal during Sunday school time. Lunch provided downstairs 12:15 p.m., Rehearsal, Craft time, Pick up at 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday, December 8th: Rehearsal during Advent Service, Dinner downstairs 6:00 p.m., Rehearsal upstairs 6:45 till 8:00 p.m. or end of service.
  Sunday, December 12th: Shining Star Sunday and Rehearsal during Sunday school time. Lunch provided downstairs 12:15 p.m., Rehearsal, Craft time, Pick up at 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday, December 15th: Performance of “Away in a Manger”, Dinner downstairs 5:30 p.m., Costumes and warm up 6:15 p.m. upstairs, 7:00 p.m. Christmas musical in Sanctuary.
We are asking to help your child practice their lines and songs by using the provided learning CD and handouts. Lines and songs need to be memorized by December 7th. Notify Kim Lauritsen asap if your child will be unable to participate or will need to miss a rehearsal. Our worship services for Christmas Eve, Friday December 24th will be at 7:00 p.m. and for Christmas Day, Saturday December 25th will be at 11:00 a.m. Please not that we will only have one worship service on both Sunday December 26th and January 2nd at 11:00 a.m.

Please note that the Christmas Food Drive will take place again this year. Donations of non-perishable foods will be much appreciated. Gift cards or monetary donations can be given to the church office or to Merri Bunge. Please have all donations to the church in time for the Childrens’ Christmas Program on Wednesday, December 15th. Thank you for your support.

We will meet at the church at 6:15 p.m., leaving at 6:30 p.m. All youth are encouraged to participate to give Christmas joy to the shut-ins. Bring baked treats.
